Amelia ^club

The autumn colours are failing this year, Rosa. The leaves change but then the wind blows them off the tree before they reach their full potential. At least that is what is happening here. This really is a very pretty church - as I've said before.

Yes you're right Amelia. I had planned to go to Stourhead today, but it's windy and rainy here today. If you don't know this church is there, it is very easy to miss and drive straight by.

I don't think I've ever seen a thatched church before............it's really beautiful. Viewed large, the detail and colour in the stonework is gorgeous.

I love your composition here, with the leading line from the faint path through the carpet of fallen leaves and the church nicely framed by the tree branches.
