I was about to comment about how green it was all still looking - then I noticed when you took the photo :-)

Your main image is delightful............it's good to see youngsters out enjoying the countryside. I love the sunshine and dappled shadows.

The two PiPs are really beautiful.........with lovely lush greens and bright yellows. Nice blue skies too with fluffy clouds.

WONDERFUL PLACE FOR A RIDE

I do like the quiet image of the rider who slowly rides away on the back of his horse. "I'm a lonesome cowboy etc." so sings at sunset a popular French comic character!
That in itself evokes a complete story, and its provisional end. Your photo represents this very accurately and truthfully, Rosa. Even if the cowboy is here replaced by a young woman in a radically different context :-))
Your pictures of this region are definitely pleasant and harmonious.

Gorgeous colours and such lush green and yellow! Compare that to the parched landscapes of summer....

With the intense heat, we lost so much green. Springtime was much nicer :-)

A beautiful walking area by the look of it in this fine collection Rosa. As has already bee said the lovely lush greens and bright yellow of spring are refreshing sight after our rather dry summer.

Ashmore gets lots of walkers Doug. It's a lovely circular walk through the forest of about 3 miles. Not so many people during the hot summer though!! Thank you for your kind comments.
