I really like that old sailing boat............it looks in remarkably good condition and seems to be priced pretty reasonably. I can see it being sold pretty quickly, especially in a waterside town like this.

The house is really beautiful...........the black timbers contrast nicely with the brickwork, which in itself has some lovely shapes and patterns. The bunting looks very attractive.

Great to see a different perspective in the PiPs........both of which are excellent.

Did you find the museum and art gallery near the waterfront? It was closed when I visited but had great piles of photogenic bric-a-brac piled outside:
