Oh,ich kenn das liebe Rosa,ich war früher ja sehr viel wandern,aber mit meiner Hönenangst bin ich zu einigen Gipfelkreuzen nicht gekommen,aber ich finde,man kann schon mal feige sein und man muss ja keinen mehr was beweisen,ich suche mir jetzt auch lieber ruhigere Gegenden aus liebe Rosa :))

I was expecting that Herb, being last week of the school holidays. I was enjoying watching the kids in the water, including my two big kids and Sophie :-) I will be down there again before Christmas as they have such lovely things in the shop.

Very little there when I was a child. One time we were there my father got into difficulty swimming and almost drowned - it frightened me so much I didn't learn until I was in my forties!

Great shots from a wonderful PoV, Rosa, no traumatic memories, he was 84 when he died.

It didn't seem crowded Peter. The hut belongs to the guest house with the old olive tree. It's used by the guests there and has a great view. I don't go far on Bank Holidays. I hope you are enjoying it

The two previous times I've have visited, there were very few people there. It's to be expected in school summer holidays, but to be honest, there's room for everyone with such great walks all around. A shame you didn't bite the bullet :-)
