Thank you very much Annick. This place was very clean, as are the National Trust properties and gardens throughout the country. Of course there are areas that are not so well kept. I dislike litter intensely, and the people who discard it carelessly, as I am sure you do too.

I'm only just getting my bearing after taking a good look at the map they provide you with on entering Keith. It was easier to look properly at home, as it's quite large! I hope to go inside the Winter Garden and the cafe on my next visit.

I have passed by this place for about 10 years George and a lot of work has been going on there in that time. The owners have taken it from a private residence (a late MP of this region previously owned it) to what it is now. They bought my nephew's house 5 years ago at the auction and eventually pulled it down! That is also now part of The Newt.
