Herb Riddle ^club

A very nice capture of this stone bench Rosa. On one of our local walks we enjoy a sit on a bench at the church with the warm sun on faces at times too. They have in fact altered the bench so its most uncomfortable now -a great shame. I might try to post a snap of that on here one day. Love the light on yours here.

You got the time just right with the sunlight streaming through the window, I wonder how many churches have those black and red floor tiles, I know the white door is supposed to be more welcoming but I prefer the traditional dark wood .A few years ago a glass door was suggested for Groby church that idea wasn't well received !! Enjoy the remainder of your evening Rosalyn. I've just been for another armful !

It's a good walk from home, but mostly uphill. The church isn't all that old, built in 1841. I can imagine a glass door not being well received. I wouldn't like that either.
