I am so jealous Rosa...............your two images of the honeysuckle are absolutely gorgeous, especially the close up in the main image. I love the detail and the colours! My honeysuckle has grown to over six feet tall this year, without a single flower yet!

That ginger syllabub rose (what a great name) is just lovely..........I love the colour gradation in the petals and you've captured it beautifully in the sunshine!

Oh that is so disappointing when a usually beautiful plant doesn't flower! I rarely prune this one as it intertwines between a hedge and fence. The Ginger Syllabus broke off at the root in high winds when the arch that it was covering broke to pieces. That was two years ago and I thought I had lost it, but amazingly it has grown about 5ft high with an abundance of buds.

It dates back to 1929 a version you may have heard is by Eva Cassidy on the Live at Blues Alley recording there was a film of the same name in 1980
