I've not been inside the house, just the grounds before, and certainly never heard of pudding rooms. You've given me the inspiration to return and visit these beauties, preferably with pudding!

A beautiful building Rosa and two gret images. I love the colours in the stonework and textures in the flagstones. I never knew about the pudding houses before this. What a delightful idea.

Well I have heard it all now Rosa; pudding houses!! A fine shot of the exterior, very ornate architecture and lovely stonework. The interior images is wonderful with the light illuminating the honey coloured walls and parts of that fine stone floor. The 'throne' is quite amazing, rather grand compared to the simple cross shaped bench which is itself rather nice.

Oooh, now there's posh - a separate house for eating puddings! I really need one of those in my garden. I'll get my gardener working on it immediately!

Two super images...........the pudding house is very ornate and still quite beautiful even though it needs a bit of TLC. The interior shot is gorgeous. Beautifully exposed with lovely light and details. I love the "throne", it looks very tactile and the bench is lovely.

Surprisingly, the Pudding House doesn't have an upstairs. You can see straight to the roof!

Al leer pudín entendí que trataba comida. Aunque el edificio resalta por su antigüedad, arquitectura clásica y el interior un banco con cuatro brazos.
No conozco muchos puddings, pero hay uno vasco que me gusta muchísimo, creo que les gusta a todos. Es el “Pudin de Cabracho” que lo sacó el famoso cocinero Arzak. Dejo un vídeo:

A pudding here is a sweet dessert Jose Manuel. I haven't heard of the famous dish from your region, but having watched the link, it looks very nice and I'm sure it is delicious.

Dd one have to sit on these uncomfortable benches while devouring a queen of puddings? That would certainly limit the enjoyment. ;-)

I would imagine that the seating for the Lords and Ladies of the day would be much more elegant and comfortable Amelia :-) The "throne" was actually quite comfortable....yes, I had to try it out!
