Andy Rodker club has replied to beverleyBut ... I am a traditionalist and used to grow it. So I looked forward to those 2-3 weeks in June when I would pick it from the garden, and cook it within minutes. All I ever did was boil it for 3 minutes and serve with a little sea salt and some butter. The flavour was so fantastic straight form the garden that very little else was required. This was over 20 years ago and I have never tasted the same since!
