Me, too. Ulrich. Pictorially the choice of two mirror-image portraits framing the text seems brilliant to me. The portraits are excellent and so are the text and fonts.

I was called for jury duty the other day (the accused had pleaded guilty at the last minute, so we were all excused). A hundred or a hundred and fifty people had been called. No man wore a suit or even a tie and no woman wore a hat. When I was a young fella that would have been the drill.

This is from a 1930s copy of l'Illustration that I found somewhere. I don't have it to hand, but I think it's from the mid-30s.
