Yes it's a great side street in the village, and if you feel homesick, just remember that it's August and the "grockles" are here!!!! LOL Or do you call them "emmits"? I notice the little dent running down the middle of the street, ready to take the water away quickly. We had wonderful blue sky today too.

When I first came to Spain, I was so enamoured with the blueness of the sky that I overdid it on Panoramio and the Spanish contingent there complained at so much relentless blue sky! So I tried to mix it with a few cloudy ones from Cornwall!
I've borne it in mind ever since but some years, with month after month of no clouds to speak of, what can one do??

I know exactly what you mean but the days of me playing with my Pentax ME SLR and assorted lenses are about 35 years out of date; I didn't take any photos for about 25 years and then got back into it when I was given a basic mini digital, and phones started to have photo facilities. The first one I had was my sister'sold Nokia N95, a far better camera than a phone. Sadly I dropped it in a bog in Cornwall in 2012!
In the past 5-6 years all my photos have been with whatever mobile phone I have been using at the time. I have to use Googles basic Drive editing tools and they are simplistic so I prefer not to use them if possible.
What I'm saying is that it's a nice compliment about control of the composure settings, but totally ill-deserved!
