Thanks Doug - I can remember waiting AGES for the light to be right! Either the hermitage was in cloud and the river in light or vice versa but eventually I got the sun in the right place! My girlfriend had wandered off long before then! I had to run very hard to catch up. She has wonderfully long legs but that means when she wants to make distance between us, I don't see her for aeons!

As in the title, it is a hermitage, Steve. It became a place of pilgrimage (it still is) and a substantial religious building. Probably not too many hermitages in Colorado or Utah!
