I instinctively think of Scotland when I see or hear reference to the Clyde. Had a friend who worked in the shipyards on that Clyde. Beautiful photos, George, of the other Clyde.

It always amazes me how they build a bridge over a river. I have seen the start and finish of bridges over 2 rivers , The first being a bridge over the river in Drammen in Norway, and the second being the second road bridge over the Firth of Forth.

Excellent and interesting images George, I'm still fascinated by constructions like this, they have recently popped a 52m single span concrete bridge across the local river and that was quite a lift.
