Another super shot Andy. One would think tho' from all your fabulous shots of Cornwall that it never rains there ...!!

I realised that was the impression, Maggie but there we are!
Rainy days ... and I take shelter with The Times crossword in a pub or the Morrison's cafe in Pool until it blows over. Sometimes it doesn't, so with a weary shrug I (or we, if my girlfriend is present which cannot be every summer hols for a variety of reasons) return home and hope for a better day on the morrow.
(My girlfriend is an addict of The Times crossword. She claims - and I cannot gainsay her - that it is improving her English no end! ... It has the additional effect of doing my head in! - not to mention the expense! 4.50 euros and 5.70 euros for the Saturday edition which is a must because it has the 'jumbo' crossword. Soon I'm going to have to ask her to buy it and that might just be the end of a beautiful relationship!)
