It was a surprise to me Tanja! I will plant it in another positions later on. I think it's an aquiligea nigricans. They are so pretty aren't they! I hope to see some pictures of yours when they flower :-)) Thank you very much for your kind comments.

The one in the main picture is far away from the other aquilegia Peter. I will move it to a better position later on. May be best to give the forget-me-nots the chop soon ;-))

Anything purple is fine by me :) I used to make my own clothes as a teenager and so many of them were purple and lots of bell sleeves and bell bottoms!!
