Actually I don't mind the overhead cables but only SOMETIMES, such as here where they can add a little to the composition. Otherwise I quite agree with you!

I understand that you in Spain are having blisteringly hot days - can you send some heat over here please? This is a great scene here - and it's good to hear that you are managing to walk back to your home, for 40 minutes and uphill. Just take care of yourself.

Actually tonight a fierce wind has settled in off the mountains and it is now just about cool enough to make the air less stifling and so sleep will be on the cards for a change!
And yes, I am managing to walk more and more as my stamina and muscle power in my legs returns bit by bit. I hope to be back in the mountains by next spring at the latest.
Although when I make such comments, I am painfully aware of the likes of you and Fred whose mobility isn't subject to continuing improvements.

Actually the 30 minutes downhill was at 5.25 in order to catch the first bus to Madrid for various tests and my 1st booster. So not exactly 80 minutes, Herb!
