Great to know you're able to get out for walks.
Keith (yesterday I had a hospital session - tests and consultants appointments, etc - and that involved a LOT of walking to the bus stop and in Madrid itself. I did approx 17,000 steps and have regularly been doing over 10,000 steps a day these past couple of weeks. The only real difficulty is walking uphill, but I'm getting there!),
