The Four Towers and street art.
The whole area between here and these 4 towers has been an 'on and off - mainly off - project' for many years to build many more such towers - I read 5 more, then 13 more and then 137 more (OK I exaggerate here!). I think envy of La Defense in Paris runs deep. They can't make up their minds. I think the street art might stay here for years!

I did read a piece (in fact a four page pull out) in a newspaper about 5 years ago and a similar one a couple of years ago. They really do want to build many more.
But two things get in the way of ambition: lack of money of course, but also the recent major crackdown on corruption, heavily implicating (and imprisoning) many politicians and the major construction firms and banks. They're keeping a lower profile just now!
