What an awesome find. I really love the eroded paintwork on the coach - the different colours are fantastic. It must be getting sand-blasted every day! I also the earthy colour of the surrounding landscape and, of course, the beautiful blue sky with just a hint of cloud.

Schönen Dank, Ko! Ich weiß nicht mehr, ob ich das damals in Pano hatte, aber es war jedenfalls mehrfach auf Pano vertreten! Die Fahrgäste mussten auf Jeeps und Landcruiser umsteigen, die bolivianischen Pisten sind für anderes zu schlecht,-)

Estacionamento bedeutet Parkplatz, das Schild hat wohl ein Witzbold aufgestellt. Der Grenzposten besteht aus einigen Schuppen auf der anderen Seite, so wie der Bus aussieht, haben da die Grenzer ein bisschen Zielen geübt:-)
Tja, mit dem Schatten ist das so eine Sache auf 4500m, es ist zwar nicht sehr heiß, aber ohne Hut hast du schnell einen Sonnenstich. Und nachts brauchst du Daunen;-)

Schönen Dank, Dida! Ich kenne zwar die "Geschichte" nicht, aber ich vermute, die Löcher sind der Langeweile der Grenzer geschuldet... Die hocken da auf fast 4500m Höhe, oft junge Kerls aus dem tropischen Tiefland,und dann kommen da morgens ein paar Jeeps und nachmittags wieder, und sonst ist tote Hose....
