Another good old granite extravaganza!
Maybe on large and then on large again for the detail in the granite features.
It's conceivable that I've posted this before but more likely back on Panoramio.

This is a great display of granite. Have you managed to go up there since you returned?Take it easy anyway. Is this the part of the Sierra where there are those eagles who tend to leave their mark on the stones?

Thank you Jenny! That guano-stained rock is a little to the right of this shot. No, I've not returned yet - the forecast is for two weeks of storms - and you certainly don't want to be in the mountains in the middle of a thunderstorm!
