HA!!!
By there hangs a tale, Leon.
When I posted this on Pano many years ago, I had forgotten that I was convinced that I saw 2 ponies when taking the shot. I then forgot all about it until AFTER it had been on Pano for a few months when I suddenly saw what looked like a second back and I half-remembered seeing 2! I mentioned this on Pano and a lively debate ensued. Most people insisted that I was mad to see 2 ponies but I still suspect that you and I are correct and that the first pony almost (but the word is 'almost') obscures the other. One factor against our theory is that the second seems to throw no shadow and also that these ponies do have an indentation running down their backs - but in our favour, not that deep! Also in our favour is the fact that the colour is different.
I have thrown this open to ipernity members, by altering the notes and adding it to the Puzzle Group!!!!
Very well seen, Leon!!!

Love these ponies Andy and I feel as though there are two ponies in this shot. Like the others, I see the curve of two backs and perhaps two tails (?). When all is said and done it is still a mystery! :)
