Moody, amazing light, and excellently composed. The colors on the wet stone are wonderful. I wonder what the pillar says? I tried to translate it but maybe I cannot read it clearly:
seconstra uyo ano de 1845 siendo alcalde janebla =
seconstra uyo year of 1845 being mayor janebla

I think that it's simply informing us that it was constructed in 1845 under Mayor Janebla! But I could be wrong. Some of the language and word formation is a Spanish with which I'm not familiar (perhaps an archaic formal case structure or some such!)

It just occurred to me, it's Latin of course! (I didn't study Latin at school, though I wished that I had. I was advised to learn German instead which I didn't get on with and later studied medieval history at uni. ... so I really did make the wrong choice years earlier!!)
