Shadows and reflections

Wow, a great bridge structure...

My fave is the second, pure lines on both.

My favourite is the PiP too as it has the addition of reflections. Both great images tho'!

Something so special about viaducts and aqueducts. I love to see them bridging a valley. Two very good pictures Amelia....especially the main shot!

This I recognize from photos On Panoramio... Both rather nice views.

Gorgeous light and wonderful shadows Amelia. The viaduct is a really majestic structure and looks superb in the surrounding countryside.

I really like the image in the PiP too, particularly the slightly more colourful reflections of the viaduct in the river and the way the shadows carry on to the other side of the river.

What a truly gorgeous bridge! I love all the pictures that you shared, good title as well as the shadows are fantastic to look at. The reflections on the water in the silhouettes of the bridge are really fantastic and make your main picture truly sing. It was really interesting to read about this is viaduct as well as the old one that you took the pictures from. I am so happy that they fixed the newer one, it's just beautiful. Thank you for sharing, I would love to see you this some day!
