A wonderful series Rosa...............I love the teasel seed head, it looks great in the sunshine and the detail and sharpness are spot on. I think you've got a little snail shell there as well.

I also love the two butterfly shots.............once again superb detail and sharpness, and in the last PiP some lovely wild flowers too. The rose hips are really beautiful and that shot is my favourite. Great focus and depth field and a lovely out-of-focus background. The splashes of red stand out perfectly.

It's amazing how much stuff you can find at the macro level when you really look!

I am pleased you noticed the snail. I didn't even notice it when I took the photo!

What a beautiful series. The butterflies among the meadow flowers are lovely. Nice red hips and a great butterfly close up. Lovely sharp head and eyes. The teasel is beautifully sharp too with its prickly stem. Is that a small snail I see as well ?

The seed head with its marvellous bokeh is my favourite, dear Rosa!
