Excellent captures, Rosa! The PiP is simply great, it gives you the very idea of a chase ( can it be used for birds, too?..) . Lighting is great, there's even a fence...what else? Perfect timing...I would never be able to catch flying birds ...

Thank you so much Adele. Yes, it's the chasing season ;-) I was trying very hard to get a decent photo of at least one bird in flight, so I was pleased with this shot. Sophie was with me and she loves watching the wildlife.... another day out planned tomorrow :)

Thank you very much Peter. Plenty of fences in Weymouth so I'm spoilt for choice. My granddaughter lives 20 miles away and I will be looking after her all day tomorrow. I have a few things planned, but will see what the weather is like.

Hi Rosa

I really like these! A bright sky and a massively fast shutter speed, and you have caught the flight of the ducks brilliantly!
The one being chased does make an unusual shape in the top picture!
A minature flying saucer maybe, or a drone in disguise!

Hi Peter,

I only had one go at this when they were in the sky, so I was a little disappointed with the flying saucer shape....that's exactly what I thought! That's why I added the PiP as they were just taking off.
