Not one for the macro purists...........but I love this one Laura............I love the bokeh and the the moth, especially it's delicate translucent wing. It's really quite mesmerising!

A wonderful image with great details and an interesting bokeh, it's strange how most people who don't like moths think butterflies are wonderful !! reading Keiths comment about macro most of the shots posted as macro don't meet the criteria but who cares

Thank you so much. I don't mind moths, some are as fascinating as butterflies. I tihnk they don't win out because of the way they move - more sporadic than a butterfly.

In regards to Keith's macro comment, I don't label my photos (except occassionally as abstract), so it doesn't matter to me if my photo isn't part of a purist group!
