CREPE MYRTLES CAN BE SHRUBS OR TREES AROUND HERE. OURS ARE THIS COLOR AND A BEAUTIFUL SIGHT TO SEE AS I TURN THE CORNER AND COME UP THE HILL.
THEY ARE ABOUT AS TALL AS THEY WILL GET - PER THE BIOLOGIST FROM THE AGRICULTURE CENTER.
THIS IS THE 1ST YEAR THAT COLORS ARE BLOOMING AT DIFFERENT TIMES.
USUALLY-
1ST TO BLOOM IS WHITE
2NS TO BLOOM IS RED
3D TO BLOOM IS A PALE PINK
4TH TO BLOOM IS LAVENDER
LAST TO BLOOM ARE VARIOUS SHADES OF PINK/ROSE.
THIS YEAR THEY ARE BLOOMING WHENEVER THEY WANT!
