You ? There is no way, My Friends .. If I vanish over the next few days, it has nothing to do with Ipernity. Have given my 7yr - old laptop CPR .. Mr. C. did a Restore to get it moving - even though it still swims through a vat of molasses. It's not quite in ICU, but that little - infuriating blue wheel that goes round and round searching for something ... Drives me nuts ... more than I am already... So, if no response to your visits - to your comments - to absolutely anythin…

.. at least 16 'photos' of adverts as of 10:30AM EDT ON MAY 19, 2017 ... .. very little , if any difference from yesterday when I went into EXPLORE .. this means that these ' pseudo-photos ' take up the space that authentic ones would use .. CR needs to get off his duff ( this has nothing to do with IMA - they have no control over CR ) .. this is only my opinion and some of you will not be happy with my comments .. be that as it may .. I would like to see one Voice for IMA .. In the same dedicated place daily .. ONE Voice .. One Place .. Please make this happen .. IMA has come this far .. Time zones and languages are being dealt with .. From a very frustrated, very frustrated Soul .. Just my opinion .. Peggy C

There is a person, Karl Anderson, who has posted comments in EXPLORE photos.. Have come across at least 3 today (26 April 2017). If you have not blocked him, these will probably keep being posted. Have contacted the Help Desk, but with things going on do not expect answer. As I come across these SPAMs, I have been sending PM to the photographers. Best wishes in stopping him, Peggy C

Games !
When I typed "just thinking" -- oh, I thought .. Peggy what in the world are you going to do now? Read the article Max Kooser [ one of my Ip friends ] wrote about what others [ especially across the pond ] think about Americans .... based on the tv shows available to them .. the stupid shows .. Have I watched them? Just long enough to know ... click ... that is not what I'll spend my time doing. There is a mute button on the remote ... it will probably wear out before the remote does.…

• My Grass is Blue . .

- January 25, 2015
On the side of one of the guitar cases, a sticker has those words .. "my grass is blue". Since it belongs to one very talented bluegrass picker ... it has to be true~ Last night was an evening of Bluegrass ---- good ol' pickin .... many thanks to The Old Holmes Boys .. Rafe on Mandolin - Richard on Bass - Parker on Banjo [ and sometimes guitar ] - and, as Rafe says in band introductions. " he put the old in Old Holmes Boys " Gary on guitar - They played to a packed house with some real…

Old Holmes Boys -
Life is black and white --- until you add music, then it becomes so colorful (think I found that among writings of Artie Shaw).. So, I shall share my recent musical delights with you ( warning: if you don't like Bluegrass, don't open the link ) ~ The group is Old Holmes Boys based in North Carolina - Gary is the Holmes part -- plays guitar & does vocals .. Richard -- bass Ukelele (which is in a case - strapped to his back as he drives up on his Harley) .. then comes in to play such grea…

• Canon PowerShot .. SX20 or SX40

- April 7, 2014 - 5 comments
Would appreciate suggestions from anyone who uses either of these Canon PowerShot cameras ::: SX20 IS OR SX40 HS on doing the following. There are several old, brown-colored [ aged ] newspapers too large to scan. This is something for my husband who has a website re: midcarolinaradio.com. --- He would like to add this info to the website for May. I need to know a 'good' way to go about taking photos [ with tripod ] so they can be used on his website. Suggestions about camera settings…
