La Sierra de La Cabrera
It amazes me that I haven't walked in this range since May 2019! Yes. I miss it.
Best on large. My walk often went down here and up along the ridge ahead. Good exercise!

Andy Rodker club has replied to Erhard Bernstein clubAndy Rodker club has replied to Peter Castell clubYes, I have added your suggestion to the notes.
I think I could do it.
I have been walking assiduously, a slave to my mobile phone pedometer counter since lockdown.
It is addictive. My target was 10,000, upped to 12,000 steps a day but I pushed myself to a target of 100,000 steps a week = 14,000 plus steps a day and have achieved that target for over six months without fail. In early days of strict isolation, that meant pacing round my flat but when parks re-opened in about late May, I strode out with a purpose, if not quite with a song in my heart!

I am impressed by your fitness. It is a good job the parks are open or you would have a hole in your carpet by now!
Andy Rodker club has replied to Ecobird clubI and zillions of others feel this pain. I desperately want to see my parents in Cornwall (I haven't been for over 2 years and they aren't getting any younger).
Cheers from David J.

Re confused - our Prime Minister Boris, embarrassed himself on TV the other day when he was challenged to explain the latest restrictions he had imposed...........and failed miserably! He gave it a valiant try and then took to social media afterwards to apologise and try again! It's no surprise that the general public are confused! I don't think it matters that much though - it will probably change again in a day or so :-))
Andy Rodker club has replied to Keith Burton clubIt's exactly the same here, Keith! And yes, I download The Times and read it all (well almost) so keep abreast of shenanigans in Blighty!
