Bustarviejo Valley, La Sierra de La Cabrera.
They seem to like poor but free-draining soil near a bit of boggy ground (snow melt perhaps)

I see these in various places in this sierra. I've been walking here for 10 years now and know many of the places with the right conditions for them, so in late May, I am on the look out! (Obviously not this year!)
