After hiking the coast we stopped in St. Ives for ice cream before hiking back. Remember this scene and it makes me eager to do the hike again.

Yes, it is substantial (I don't have the figures to hand) but not as much as further into the Bristol Channel and not as much as in the Bay of Fundy!
