Thanks Andy. I was never sure what this bronze sculpture was about. It stands about 4 metres tall and looks a tad boring in the daylight. ;-)

I had no idea what it was, Amelia; I just knew that I liked it! I was in a hurry this morning so didn't ask. I knew the answer would soon be forthcoming!
Best wishes, Andy

Thank you William. The lighter part is a bulge in the sculpture.

Simply marvellous- if you hadn't mentioned that it's a sculpture I would still be trying to figure it out! This caught my eye in the thumbnail and it's just as good full size!

It definitely is an abstract, Gudrun, and I would struggle to guess what it was if I hadn't seen it in daylight. The effect of the curves and the lighting accentuates the sculpture in a strange way.

Wow, that's great, Amelia. Not boring at all. And the title...I love the movie and the book , that is a bit different. Hugs,Dany

Just for you, Dany, some music from your favourite movie:

The sculpture in daylight is not so appealing. ;-)

I thought it was maybe what you used to chop the carrots for Santa's reindeer. Makes a great image.

A tad too big for that Jean., but it would have gone through a neep very easily. ;-)

Thank you, George. I don't suppose this would do well in 500px. I have been looking at some help discussions there. It seems that the more one is followed the more views one gets - not surprising really I suppose. As for the 'pulse' it seems that once a photo becomes popular it is very rarely looked at. ;-)
