Robin, Snowdrops & Happy Little Girl!

Such a beautiful series Rosa. The first two remind me that Spring is nearly here and the final one says "not yet" :-))

The shot of the Robin is nice and sharp and I also like the surrounding tangle of branches. The snowdrops are just gorgeous.

The final image made me smile after watching some miserable news on the TV about the struggle of the NHS to cope with the virus. The little girl has such a joyous look on her face!

The little girl was very happy with the snow she woke up to. I hope the roads clear before I have to drive to the Health Centre for my vaccine! The quicker we all get vaccinated, the better the news will be...I hope! Take care and have a good Sunday.

So you've had snow AND a vaccination. We've got snow too, but nor jab. Shropshire is bottom of the table in England for vaccination numbers. I despair. Lovely series. Children always love the snow don't they?

Yes, woke up to snow Amelia! The vaccination is at 2.30pm and the roads are clearer now thankfully. They soon got through the over 80's in this area. I was surprised but pleased to get the call. I hope you soon get yours. Take care.

A lovely seasonal set of images Rosalyn the snow arrived about 11.00 here, I had the vaccination this morning, I had two offers on Wednesday a letter to book at a vaccination centre which fortunately I hadn't done because Thursday the doctor's surgery offered me one this morning. On the walk to the surgery I saw some daffodils out they are always very early

Injectional all done now. Just have to wait for the second one. The snow is still on the ground....I thought it might have melted by now.

Thank you Jean. She was lovely and so giggly! The injection done now and it was a very slick operation. I didn't feel a thing. Hope you hear soon. I was very surprised to get called this quickly. I thought it would be the middle of February at least.

Hey Rosa, we got our shot / jab this past Thursday, the second one to follow on Feb 18. it went well, just a bit of pain in the arm later that day and the next... we hear tho that the first shot DOES NOT keep one safe as much as thought, it takes the second shot to finish off the results..
I ve not visited anyone much at all for a while, not been out with camera either as my gallery indicates:)) Youve posted some lovely photos Rosa,,! enjoy the rest of your Sunday... best wishes, Sarah

Hi Sarah, that's great news. I had the AstraZeneca jab. Did you have the Pfizer one? The second is definitely needed but at least it has got the ball rolling. It will be so good when we are all able to get out and about more, but at the moment we have just got to think of the poor hospital staff, the NHS in my case, and what a fantastic job they are doing.

A beautiful capture of the robin and lovely snowy images. Let's hope the vaccines are all available soon: here it's likely to be another month before they begin, but at least the virus has been contained here.

Thank you George. I hope you get the vaccine before winter kicks in because it was extremely low here in the summer, and we were feeling pretty good about that....and then the numbers shot up as winter began. The new variants are hard to contain. Good luck and I hope you escape the worst of it.

Love the Robin image Rosa, a touch of winter for sure. Hope You and your Family are Well & Safe. had a brush with that Covid-19 from a family member. felt like a double dose of flu. back to normal now ;-)) Mum is still with us 104 in june, but now in a nursing hope ( had a few falls at home with a hospital visit) So been a bit busy for sure! no snow in my part of the world so no snow pics.;-(( Watch this space Rosa i'm back, AGAIN!!!!!
