I agree totally Joe. LOL!! It is now a skin care shop called apothe-cary! Quite clever I thought, and the same lady owns it. Maybe I need to visit. She might even serve a cup of tea!

I was last here in 62 whilst on a bicycle ride so my memory of it all is a bit rusty but it seems much the same and you have caught it well ~ Hanwe

I doubt it has altered very much Nick, except for the large housing estates that are popping up near the railway station. Far to many for the size of the town in my opinion. Sunday greetings ~ Rosa.

A most attractive place, Rosa. A superb selection of architecture.

It is a lovely little town Amelia. You were not far from it when you stayed in Ditcheat.

Collage urbano. Librería para que no falte la cultura, pub donde reunirse relajadamente en torno a un café y pastel, edificio a respetar por su historia y antigüedad, la puerta con su Merry Christmas y ese rinconcito original para un encuentro encantado. Buen domingo.

It was good to see the bookshop open Jose, but sadly the pub was closed, as the bookshop will be now. The thought of coffee and cake keeps me going 'till the good days return ;-))

Oooh...........I love your collages Rosa...........and this is another beauty! Such a charming collection. I especially like the building top left, it looks like it would originally have been a meeting house of some sort, and the small thatched shelter top right.

That's very kind of you Keith, thank you. Yes the Market House is the focal point in the town and has a lot going on there (usually) It also houses a small but very good museum. It's next to The Shambles, so you can imagine it must have been a very lively, busy street long ago.

This a village I wish I could visit! It looks so charming and your collage is delightful, dear Rosa...it makes me think of last Christmas...so different from any other. But each image keeps its very mood and this makes me smile and hope in better days.

I am pleased to make you smile dear Adele. Like you, I am hoping for better days, and for us to be able to celebrate next Christmas with our loved ones. 3 of my relatives, over 90, have had the vaccine. I look forward to having it myself. In the meantime, take care my friend and have a good week.
