The Air We Breathe.
Sculpture in Lister Gardens, Lyme Regis.
For translation, words from the sculpture ~ I wanted to highlight the importance of trees, for air and life, by showing the clear structural similarities in our lungs and the branches of a tree. By Brendon Murless.
A black tulip also in Lister Gardens at Lyme Regis.

I am pleased you like the tulip :-)
I do like this tree, so happily waving its branches around!!
I see how the fractal geometry of the tree mirrors our lungs. Nice relationship!
And of course we must do something about the environment, either we volunterily go back to living in caves, or soon we will have no choice!!
Best Wishes, and a good weekend
Peter
I am pleased you like this sculpture as well. You describe it very well.
I am hoping we can do something before having to go back to the cave....I like my house. ;-))
Best wishes,
Rosa.
I can´t imagine living in a place without trees...althoug the birches make me cry those days ;)))))
I like this sculpture, Rosa...it shows the importance in a wonderful way!
