Buddle Bridge ~ Lyme Regis
Grade I Listed bridge, built in the 14th century and carries Bridge Street over the river Lym as it flows out into the sea. A little later and just around the corner from here I saw two pigeons making their home in the wall. Unfortunately I was too far away to get a clear shot but the PiP shows the moment a peacock butterfly tried to enter their home! It did survive after two missed pecks from the indignant pigeon!!

The Air We Breathe.
Sculpture in Lister Gardens, Lyme Regis.
For translation, words from the sculpture ~ I wanted to highlight the importance of trees, for air and life, by showing the clear structural similarities in our lungs and the branches of a tree. By Brendon Murless.
A black tulip also in Lister Gardens at Lyme Regis.
