Our 'partridge' ...

Our 'partridge' ...
- and not a Pear tree

- but, a magnificent Bird of Prey
- hunting from our Emanon tree

- took many shots

- he never told me to 'get ready - I'm going to fly'
- so --- perhaps he shall return for breakfast
- another morning

I would say a Red Tailed.. and an adult female possibly !

You lucky soul !.. I see them daily here... and NO T ONE will pose !!!!

.. will go with Red Tailed, then
.. checked the time on my photos; he was here from 9:16am to 10:00am
.. if I see them daily, I just haven't figured out their wings and how it would look from where I am
.. in FL, had the vultures and Ospreys down pat !
