And definitely also abstract. I can see the letters as well. I see urban landscape, brick walls, parks, ponds, buildings, streets, neon light letters... I see also C and S, and number 8, or it can be E and I merged.

No idea how you did this, but would like to know... =)

Thanks Sami, created with the help of Deep Dream Generator, using two of my original photos merged, a combination of a new abstract photo of leaves with a photo of a street scene (termed a style in DDG).

Definitely abstract, I can see most of what Sami sees, but he hasn't mentioned the eye in the bottom right hand corner.

Well, I actually see also number of pareidolia things as well ;-)
