Here (the South of England) it is quite windy, but fairly mild with the occasional frost! I woudn't mind a little snow to take photos of, but not too much otherwise the whole are comes to a grinding halt..!!
John FitzGerald club has replied to Keith Burton clubSince the Blizzard of 1999 Toronto has manged to keep its snow-removal equipment up to date, so the city hasn't been paralyzed by a snowstorm since. By ice storms, yes, but we don't get a lot of them.
