Long Beach WA (#1182)
At the access road that goes out on the beach. "World's Longest Beach" may or may not be true, but it's apt. Long Beach is on the Long Beach Peninsula which, in a satellite view, looks like an overgrown sandbar stretching 28 miles due north from the Columbia River.
