Verführerisch, aber sehr giftig - Seductive, but very poisonous
Also: Nur bestaunen, nicht berühren!
These red fruits, which are currently found in mixed deciduous forests, look so delicious ... but they are the berries of the very poisonous cuckoopint (Arum maculatum).
"All parts of the plant are poisonous and contain large amounts of oxalate, as well as volatile pungent substances such as the bitter saponin aroin and the alkaloid coniine. Even simply touching the plant can cause reddening of the skin and blistering. After eating parts of the plant, especially the red, sweet-tasting berries, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea can occur." (from: de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aronstab)
So: Only marvel, do not touch!

Enjoy your weekend.
