hab mal Nepal doch nicht gemacht weil ich Angst hatte mit der Höhe nicht klar zu kommen und dafür war es mir zu teuer...so wurde es südl. Afrika ;-) anders aber auch schön

Nepal oder speziell Tibet ist glaube ich auch problematischer, weil man nicht so leicht runter kann in geringere Höhen. Hier hatten wir eine sehr langsame und gute Höhenanpassung, erst nach einer Woche Übernachtungen über 3000m.

Herzlichen Dank, Tanja! Die 3 südamerikanischen Arten vertragen extreme Temperaturen, und die Anden- und James-Flamingos sind auch an die extreme Höhe angepasst. Da sticht tagsüber die Sonne und nachts kann es zweistellig Minus geben.
