2 more pictures in notes above and a silly text note too! :)

This quote really fits because today I'm stretching out of my comfort zone: I made a post on Flickr to say that I will no longer be uploading pictures and will be deleting all but my last two pictures in a few days. Ouch...not an easy thing to do!!!

Leslie C. "Les" Brown (born February 17, 1945) is a motivational speaker, former Ohio politician, popular author, radio DJ, and former host of The Les Brown Show. As a politician, he is a former member of the Ohio House of Representatives.[1] As a motivational speaker, he uses the catch phrase, "It's possible," and teaches people to follow their dreams as he learned to do.
Didier.

Great shot, Janet. Perfect timing too. These little birds are lovely.
I read your blogs re Flickr/Ipernity and agree entirely. And with the recent Flickr changes to the groups, many will close and more people will leave. I visit Flickr every so often to keep contact with my contacts but I don't post anything there now.
Have a great day!

Beautiful shot! I forced myself to stop visiting flickr a while ago, but popped in last night when I heard about the group change. WHAT ARE THEY DOING! I have been unable to use flickr reliably since the change and now the groups are also unusable. The Help Forum has another huge thread with, once again, universal hatred of this change, but past experience has shown that their pleas won't be heeded. Such a shame and I expect a new flood of refugees to start arriving here shortly. Will try (maybe) to check your goodbye posts over there when I have the time to wait for flickr to load.

That's great. I have actually never seen a humming bird at rest. Some venture up here, (Quebec), but not so many though, and of those that do I usually only see them only as a rapidly flitting blur.
