I don't think he'll he'll even twitch the corner of his mouth until 1,000 folks have donated $50 apiece, Roger. So far $27,420 USD by only raised by 446 people. Some people have donated twice. Where are the other 454? !!!!!!!

This is a wonderful art installation............the stainless steel works surprisingly well with the brickwork. A super find and well taken Amelia.

Let's hope we've done enough..............although the number of people who donated is disappointingly low!

There was a burst of activity at the weekend, Keith, but not enough people are responding by any means! This sum has been raided by only a fraction of Ipernity users. My hopes are not high.

Bei uns stellt man mitten im historischen barocken Stadtkern zwei Autowracks auf und nennt dies Kunst. Schlimm, nach meiner Auffassung.
Auch wenn das Gesicht hier recht verdrießlich guckt, - es spricht mich an.

I agree the number of those donating still is low, especially considering some have donated more than once! Also many have donated more than they have said they would, otherwise we'd be much further from the goal.

I have to say that I think the number of contributors is very disappointing too, Gudrun. So far only 446 people have expressed any concern, and I know that several people have donated more than once. Where are other other 554 donations? Less than $1 dollar a week is required form everyone. Less than half the price of a cup of coffee in Starbucks!

Now a retired school teacher, I didn't really appreciate this Floyd song at the time. ;-)

When that song was released I was teaching in a secondary school, and wasn't too enamoured of it, George. It isn't one of their best in my opinion, but' the photo is for the good of Ipernity - I hope!
