SF downtown "Pause on Market" (1237)
Whispering dish, part of the Living Inspiration Zone (LIZ) "Pause on Market" project by the Exploratorium. The goal of the project is to encourage people to stop and consider interacting with urban space in different ways.
I liked the idea and design, even if it was getting no attention when I was there. The day -- cool, overcast, in the middle of the holiday shopping rush -- wasn't exactly ideal for people to take a moment to reflect outside. www.exploratorium.edu/publicspaces/living-innovation-zone-liz
