What a nice Victorian building! The buyers probably had to invest a lot of money.

I don't think the buyers have the money to do this building justice, Gudrun. The door to the ticket office has been blocked off, but the whole place has deteriorated over the last 10-15 years. Maybe they'll be able to get a grant, but any restoration has to be sympathetic.

I don't know all that much of Shropshire,Amelia; Ludlow, Bridgnorth and the Wyre Forest and that's about it. Baschurch is a complete blank. I presume it was an operational station and line pre-Beeching? I like the shot, though.
