Diagonal compositions
What is the diagonal rule in photography?
A photograph typically has a rectangular shape with an aspect ratio of 4:3 or 3:2, with the diagonals of the photograph running along the corners. Manually placing certain image elements along these lines creates a more appealing photograph.
The idea is to add one or two "photos" each month (from the 1st to 16th) on a given theme one per week. After that (from the 17th to 24th), everyone can vote on which pictures they think are the best.

I have never created a group, but this time I felt I had to. Fabio (https://www.ipernity.com/home/fabio_photosofghosts) is a dear friend of mine and a great photographer. After a serious intervention he has lost consciousness for weeks. One month ago he wrote me that he had woken up and started slowly to recover. Then, no more news. All my messages and the ones from other IP members have been unanswered yet.
Today, 22 September 2024, I received the sad news of his passing.
Rest in peace dear F…
