In Spain it matters not one iota; everyone eats garlic!
I adore it and have been known to make a ham and garlic sandwich when peckish!
I am reminded of my friend John. He decided to cook for his friends a curry. he had never cooked anything more adventurous than beans on toast before.
He wisely followed a recipe. The recipe called for three cloves of garlic. Panic. What on earth is a 'clove'? John erred on the side of abundance and decided that three 'heads of garlic' as per your shot were what were intended. Oh dear ... !!!
