punk under water

It is a silkscreen print on textile, I do have several versions of it, made about 30 years ago

PS: as I turn and look back at your picture it has a feeling of being
"sunken" if you know what I mean .. a drop down shadow "lifts"
the picture ... this frame makes it look so unusual and different !
as though it is framed with mount board used for a picture ;-)
