Update: Testing IrfanView editor after very long time, and discovered the followings.
IrfanView is easy to use for resizing the images and canvas size. There are also several nice effects under menu 'Image > Effects > Effects Browser...'. I updated the image with 'Stretch Histogram' and 'Rock'. That treatment gave better colors and an interesting intentionally "over sharped" look.
Recommended work flow is to resize first down to 2000 something pixels, because number of effects are relatively minimum, and has very small effect on very large images.
I also manage to solve the missing EXIF issue. Instead of using 'File > Save for Web...', it is better to use 'File > Save As...'. I could not made it to change the missing EXIF here, but it will keep EXIF when uploading as new.
